齒輪檢測是確保齒輪成品性能和質量的關鍵環節，齒輪檢測不僅是齒輪成品驗收的重要依據，而且也是齒輪在加工制造過程中質量控制的技術保證。如果在齒輪的加工過程中沒有檢測就無法制造出合格的齒輪。
1、檢查升降平臺齒條聯接是否牢固,相鄰兩齒條的對接處,沿升降機齒高方向的階差不應大于0.3mm,沿長度方向的齒周節誤差不應大于0.6mm。
Check Jinhua lift rack connection is solid, docking at two adjacent rack, tooth height gradient along the direction of the lift should not exceed 0.3mm, along the length of the tooth pitch error should not be greater than 0.6mm.

2、檢查齒輪條輻,傳動齒輪和安全器齒輪的裝配精度,用壓鉛法檢查其側隙(0.2~0.5mm),用著色法檢查齒輪條輻的接觸長度(沿齒高不小于40%,沿齒長不小于50%)。
Check the gears of radiation, transmission gear assembly precision and safety gear, and check the backlash (0.2 ~ 0.5mm) lead with the pressure method, check the length of contact with the coloring of the spokes of the gear (along the tooth height of not less than 40%, along tooth length is not less than 50%). 
3、升降平臺由于最低高度150-300mm，最適用于不能開挖地坑和井道樓層開口較小的工業場所，同時無需上部吊點。
