重慶升降機漏油問題是經常碰到的問題。漏油的原因是錯綜復雜的，主要是由于液壓元件的質量，振動，腐蝕，壓差，管路的連接、使用維護不當引起，對于少量的漏油是不可避免的，這是由于液壓傳動的本質所決定的。漏油量超過規定指標的現象由于外漏，一般能立即察覺出來，主要變現在壓力下降，速度驟變已經地面或者機器表面有積油，設備需要經常補油才能恢復高空作業平臺之前的高度。一旦漏油就要停機進行修正，因為急性運轉只會把系統抽空并使泵的機件損壞。

1、液壓油是在一個密閉的環境中運行的，油質泵站打壓被注入油缸內一般的壓力大于等于12pa，液壓油被打壓加油缸的摩擦就會產生熱。發熱膨脹的油質加站泵對液壓油的壓力，若有密封不嚴的話，液壓油便會漏。

2、升降平臺過多的油管和接頭會加大漏油的現象。油管內的壓力一般為12pa，而且油路接頭一般用三通和對絲連接，油管內壁直徑在9mm左右，而接頭的內徑不過7mm。如果油路內管過長，接頭多就又加大了漏油的幾率。
